Event Description We are pleased to invite you and your colleagues to join the China Supply Chain Council for a new Workgroup Discussion on Logistics Real Estate to be held on July 15 in Shanghai. The workshop will start with a lunch, then followed by a group discussion around the following topic:China Industrial Market: Identify the drivers for 2009 Whilst there has been significant discussion about China's domestic led economy, our presentation will cover the key economic and market factors influencing this trend. We will discuss demand and supply trends for industrial facilities in China across logistics, manufacturing and business parks, and how the investment market is dealing with the pressure of lower overall occupier demand. Why our workgroups are different? - Unlike committees organized by other councils and chambers, this workgroup series is restricted to industrial and logistics executives from the property and real estate sectors. Vendors such as bankers, headhunters, IT/software or consultants are not allowed in these discussions. - This workgroup series is also organized in an "informal" setting (e.g. selected quiet restaurants) where good food (and drinks) tend to foster discussion and openness between participants.
